Define courageous:
- Replying and sending e-mail without looking at the people in the TO and CC lines.
Define paranoid:
- Fear of reading e-mail for not knowing who was on the BCC line.
Define undecided:
- E-mail filled with drafts that were never sent.
Define vague:
- Sending an e-mail with a blank subject with a body that contains the word "ok."
